• 2020-Currently: As a BRM I am responsible for making sure IT solutions being implemented support DDI's (Distribución Directa Integral) short-term and long-term business goals/strategy while aligning with IT strategy. I act as a trusted advisor for DDI, providing awareness, direction and guidance to business stakeholders and promoting knowledge of IT processes and services. Finally, I coordinate and facilitate alignment between all IT and business stakeholders, to ensure project meet requirements and goals within the scope and cost.

• 2018-2020: Working as a PMO setting up the Project Management Office and standardizing project processes and methodologies. In addition, I lead the implementation of ServiceNow as a tool for managing demand as well as service management operations (Incidence, Requests and Changes) ensuring user adoption and process definition and communication.

• 2017-2018: Jr Project Manager working on Business Intelligence project for Sales and Marketing department, with a wide role that went from project monitoring tasks, communication, user adoption metrics collection to adjustment of SAP BO reports.

• 2016-2017: SAP PMO Analyst co-ordinating review and sign-off of major SAP deployment deliverables and track them against time, cost and quality. Ensuring project plans are created and maintained and monitor resource utilisation. Support compliance of and embedding PMO processes and tools within Project by means of oversight, governance and monitoring, KPI tracking, reporting and analysis.

• 2014-2016: Europe PMO Analyst. Assist the Europe PMO Services team in working to govern their projects throughout the Project Management process by promoting and supporting usage of the correct methodology and tools, completing the Project Health Reviews. From the reviews, identify areas where process improvements and capability build are required to ensure full adherence to the controls. Work with the Europe PMO Analysts to gather regional data to be incorporated into defined Europe level reports in a timely fashion.
